Passive aggressive or simply annoyed

Am I being passive aggressive or simply annoyed for being taken advantage of?

My daughter lately has been quick to tell me I’m being passive aggressive. Frankly I’m tired of all these terms – passive aggressive, gaslighting – there are easier ways to call them.

So today she got ready and took off for the evening in a hurry. I love being with my grandson so that’s not an issue. But she left all kinds of things on the counter – again – without a thought to put them back in the fridge. I was annoyed so took a picture and sent it to her and asked if she wanted them put away. That’s when she called me PA and said it was mean.

Was that a passive aggressive approach I took? Maybe I’m getting annoyed for having to clean up a lot of the time.

I’d love to hear opinions and thoughts!
