Vegetarian Chili

Autumn is here and it’s time for comfort food!

My take on Vegetarian Chili:

Vegetarian Chili

1 can red kidney beans
1 can chickpeas
1 can black beans
1 small can corn niblets
1 large can diced tomatoes
3 cloves garlic minced
1 white onion diced
Spices to taste

Drain and rinse all canned beans. Add to sautéed onions and garlic. Add spices while it simmers. Let it simmer for 2 hours.
