Tuna melt

I’ve upgraded my usual tuna melt sandwich to a tuna melt wrap.

Large tortilla
Can of tuna, drained
1 stalk of celery, diced
3 tablespoons – Avocado, lime and cilantro dressing
2 tablespoons – mayonnaise
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Mix together tuna, celery, dressing and mayonnaise. Add enough that it is mixed well but not too wet.

Heat up the tortilla in a non-stick skillet (no oil or butter necessary). Once heated up, leave in pan and put shredded cheese on one side, and then put tuna mixture on top of the cheese, fold over. Continue heating each side of the tortilla until each side is nicely browned and slightly crispy. Remove, cut and serve while warm.

I added about 2/3 of the tuna mix but you can add more or less to your liking.

Quick and easy lunch!
